Over the course of a generation, the marathon has undergone a startling change in status. What was once a loopy stunt attempted by only a few weirdos is now a rite of passage for many men, the coolest test out there of fitness and health.

My buddy McDade actually put running a marathon on his list of "Things a Man Must Do in His Lifetime," right there alongside reading War and Peace and seeing the Grateful Dead. (This was before Jerry Garcia croaked.) McDade is hardly alone. Last year, nearly 400,000 runners finished marathons in the United States, up from 300,000 in 2000 and a mere 25,000 in 1976.

On one level, you can file our current marathon mania under "extremely good news," since there's little doubt that training for the race is one of the best ways to improve your health and fitness. Over the years, studies have shown that regular exercise decreases everything from high LDL cholesterol to high blood pressure.

A good health and fitness is the basic need of today's generation. A good healthy food diet and exercising regularly is the best for gaining good health. Yoga is also being the best for gaining good health. Avoid eating oily food and quit smoking as these are very harmful to health. Take a balanced diet and green vegetable more in diet.

All the human wants the Better health and Fitness. Exercise, Yoga and Medication are the key components of good health and fitness. Eat Fresh and Green Vegetable is also beneficial for maintain good health.

Today all peoples are worry about their health and fitness. I suggest here that you have do exercise, yoga or meditation which is good for health. Eat healthy diet which is free from oil and fat.

I believe that proper balance of everything is better especially on our health so we should exercise and eat healthy in order to be fit and healthy.

You can go for a better diet means just have 90% green vegetables and Salad will better help you.

You don't have to wait until New Year's Day to implement resolutions to improve your health and fitness. Regardless of the month or day, you can take action now to achieve your health and fitness goals.

Health is very important in life. All peoples wants good health and Fitness. Exercise, yoga and good health and medicines a key component of fitness. Eat more fresh green vegetables are also conducive to maintaining good health.
