Job Description:
The role of the ISG is to respond effectively to all Internet-sourced vehicle inquiries that come to the dealership via email, the Compass tool or in-bound phone calls on a dedicated Internet phone line. Their goal is to generate a response, set an appointment, meet with and sell a new or used vehicle to this customer while achieving acceptable levels of gross and customer delight with their experience.
