wiry/dry hair help needed

I have extremely dry wavy hair and i get it much better after using a serum after washing it however it still has some degree of dryness and a consistency of being wiry.
It's especially wiry on the sides and at the ends of my hair in general.
I put a pic of how it is at it's worse and as you can see at the sides it doesnt group together but is all over the place
