how do I get Elizabeth Hasselbeck hair?

I have a girl friend who wants to have Elizabeth Hasselbeck's hair from the View. Any one have any suggestions as to what her color is? my girlfriend is about a level 5. she has very hilighted hair now. Do you suppose that she is all over color or highlighted hair?
