is this hairstyle possible for me?

I've posted here before asking for hair help and now i'm back and i need help again T_T. I've been out of hair wax since i saw this hairstyle and I really want to have it. I'm still waiting for the hair wax to arrive that i ordered from ebay. So yeah i haven't tried it yet however i don't know how i'm gonna do this hair. Can you tell me if it's even possible for me to achieve it? My hair is thick and I had it relaxed a couple of months ago. It needs to be relaxed again though. I also want to know the particular steps for this hairstyle. Thank you for ur help! (^^)V
