YOUR OPINION PLEASE

i want my hair to look like this....my hair is pretty close. its brown with some whiteishgoldishyellowish highlights on top (witha little red..YUCK) how would i tell my hair stylist what i wanted....i mean i will bring the picture in but can anyone help a girl out!!my old used to be similar before i ruined it and colored it alot! so yeah, im working on growing my natural out...my roots are the same color as theres or maybe a little lights. heres the pictures...
