what to do with my hair

 Yeah, so i've just started growing out my hair. Here's a pic:

Yes, i'm a bit obsessed with internet privacy. And sorry about the crappy resolution, i'm camera-retarded. Anyhoo, does anybody have suggestions as to what to do with my hair? I've gotten the sides to flick out a bit, but i'll need to get it layered so that it doesn't look as strange. My bangs aren't as straight as they look in the picture - they sweep a bit to the right. So what should i do in terms of style, length, color, etc.?

grow it long and style it like those guys in the korean/japanese drama with long hair

dye your hair a copper shade, and use wax to give hair an edgy look.
