HELP

I am so tired of being a guinnie pig for "so called" proffesional stylists. I live in VA and I have yet to find a "DECENT" salon that has satisfied me. I am willing to pay top dollar. I just need a "REAL" expert. Does anyone know where I can find this person!!!!!
