I just realized I still have 17 more days to go before I finish the hf37 vitamins. I will post back when I finish my first bottle to let you know my results because there is still a chance for me. I guess I'm just in a hurry to have my long hair back. I do notice my hair fells stronger softer and my nails have changed for the better. My nails have been getting whiter also so this might work weel for my hair I'm just trying to rush results.
