Chris,
You might consider going to a doctor and getting a check up. Hair Loss can be caused by a lot of physical factors. Poor diet, stress, using harsh products on your hair, etc. The first rule is to be good to your hair. Discontinue use of all styling products, hair dryers, straightners, curling irons, etc. Eat a well balanced diet. Get good sleep. Reduce your stress levels. Take a good hair vitamin formula, such as Hair Formula 37. And last but not least be patient. It can take several months do undo the damage that you can cause in just a few days.
