I wanna start my dreads from little twists can i perm my **** when it's about an inch and just wax little twists so they grow into locks ?

Who knows dude, give it a try.  THe thing is, if your hair's only an inch long you don't have much to lose.  Let the people know how it works out.

dreads aren't twisted at all. if you twist them when they form dreads it will break the hair :)
