However a couple of suggestions: 1) if you have a long neck and are tall as you describe, be careful about going too short! With your height and long neck a severe crop cut will make you appear like a pin head! However a much shorter cut can inject new life into your relationship and give you a new perspective on things. A good cut to try with your face shape is anything! Being born with an oval face is a godsend. A short chop (90210) style or a 'long boy cut' with the nape and sides cut short yet softly feminine and the crown/bang area left long on the boy cut or with lots of short defined layers on the chop cut will help tame your thick hair and lend a soft feminine touch .william
